For the convenience of our applicants and residents, CMB has implemented a new online payment system. Payments through this service can be made using credit card, debit card, and or bank account. For the convenience of using this service, there is a nominal service fee. CMB is in the process of rolling out an all new payment system in which there likely will not be a fee. This should be up and running for all residents and applicants to use by Fall of 2017!
With our new service, your account will allow you to:
- Submit your rental payments online.
- Save time and avoid late fees.
- Never miss a payment again.
- Save on postage and trips to the post office or management offices.
- Set up automatic recurring monthly payments.
Please note that this payment system is not currently integrated with our accounting software as such, you will be unable to view your current account balance.
